Animal Logic plans to run another session of its popular Rotoscope Training Course. As part of Animal Logic’s commitment to our ‘Set!’ development program, which focuses on developing craft skills within and for the industry, the course will be free of charge for all participants. It’s a great way to seed talent for future projects and will suit individuals who aspire to eventually become Compositors. The kind of candidates we look for would have a demonstrable interest in compositing, though you don’t have to be a Nuke expert (or even have used Nuke) to be considered. You may simply show work done in Photoshop or After Effects. A good eye for composition and lighting, and a reasonably technical capacity are the main things we’ll look for.
This full time session is scheduled to run Monday to Friday each week from Monday 27th of June to Friday the 22nd of July (4 weeks). These dates may change. The training will take place at Animal Logic’s Sydney studio in Fox Studios, Moore Park.

It is important to point out that the course does not guarantee employment.

If you would like to apply, and are over 18, register your interest under ‘Expression of Interest – Roto Training’ in the Sydney section of our jobs page
