We’re an independent games studio located in Melbourne, Australia. We specialise in making smart little F2P mobile games that pack a big punch. Our focus is on fun, casual, social games with story and charm.

Mighty combines the talents of Hipster Whale’s Matt Hall and Andy Sum (Crossy Road) with entertainment industry veterans Ben Britten and Matt Ditton.

GAME DESIGNER POSITION (6 MONTH CONTRACT)

You will be:

  • Working full-time from our Melbourne headquarters in Southbank
  • A Game Designer focusing on a single upcoming title
  • Answering directly to the Director and CTO
  • Working closely with other team members, clients and external contractors
  • Passionate about mobile game design
  • Available for 6 months contract work, with the potential for ongoing subsequent position

You will receive:

You will need:

  • Unity experience is essential, as our designer must have practical hands-on skills
  • Some experience as a Game Designer (can be through studies, personal projects and/or professional experience in the industry)
  • An enjoyment and interest in mobile games
  • Experience working on shipped game titles is highly regarded
  • Auxiliary skills are highly regarded: Eg. Programming, Project Management, UX/UI etc, any other development skills or interest areas
  • Enjoys collaborative development with a diverse team
  • Positive attitude and strong sense of initiative
  • Able to work autonomously, as well as effective communication of ideas and designs to your team
